Who we are

Greenway was founded in 2025 by experienced project manager, Mike Bodek. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike brings a deep commitment to craftsmanship, organization, and customer care to every project he oversees. A graduate of Boston University with a degree in Management, he blends strong business fundamentals with hands-on industry expertise to deliver projects that are efficient, transparent, and built to last.

Mike prides himself on clear communication and building genuine relationships with each client. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, he works closely with homeowners to ensure their project is completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional attention to detail. His goal goes beyond simply finishing a job — he wants every customer to walk into their newly completed space and feel proud, excited, and truly at home.
