MIKE BODEK

Greenway was founded in 2025 by project manager, Mike Bodek. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike brings a deep commitment to craftsmanship, organization, and customer care to every project he oversees. A graduate of Boston University with a degree in Management, he blends strong business fundamentals with hands-on industry expertise to deliver projects that are efficient, transparent, and built to last.

Mike prides himself on clear communication and building genuine relationships with each client. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, he works closely with homeowners to ensure their project is completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional attention to detail. His goal goes beyond simply finishing a job — he wants every customer to walk into their newly completed space and feel proud and at home.

JOSH HYLAND

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, Josh brings a frame-to-finish understanding of the building process to every project. Known for his strong grasp of trade coordination and meticulous quality control, he approaches each project with care, precision, and respect for the homeowner’s goals—ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s final vision and results in spaces that are both well-crafted and truly lived in.

Whether it’s a kitchen that brings people together, a mudroom that keeps life organized, or a closet that finally makes sense, Kerri loves helping clients realize their vision.

Jenna guides homeowners through her projects with clarity, confidence, and a deeply collaborative approach. With a strong foundation in both design and the construction process, she leads clients from early zoning analysis and 3D visualization, ensuring every detail feels intentional and personal. Jenna’s work is defined by thoughtful problem-solving, clear communication, and a commitment to creating beautiful, functional spaces that elevate the way people live.
